FAQ's
Is dry needling the same as acupuncture?
A: No. While the same needles are used for both, dry needling is based more on muscle/tendon specific impairments compared to traditional eastern medicine that involves more energy based thought process
Does it hurt?
A: Most people feel a deep ache or twitch response—brief and tolerable. This is the goal. We’ll walk you through every step and only work with what you feel comfortable with. You may also experience soreness to the area for a day or two after.
How long before I feel results?
A: Many clients feel improvement after just one session, especially when combined with corrective movement work but can take up to 48 hours to experience a difference. It varies for each person.
